The current model was introduced three years ago, while the latest Sonata debuted in the U.S. early this year. Hyundai Tucson, 2010: Roman Mica's Rambling Review

But just like many of the most fashionable shoes in the world, you have to sacrifice comfort to look so good. Don’t get me wrong. My tester had all of the latest toy and technology you’d expect from a small, modern crossover including: All-wheel drive, Navigation (6.5 inch screen0, Enormous/Panoramic duel sunroofs, Satellite radio, Premium Audio (with external amp and Sub-woofer) . . . and the list goes on. In fact, my tester’s grand total of goodies came to a segment-topping sticker price of $29,590.00. That’s a lot of money and a lot goodies for a small CUV. But that wasn’t why I struggled with the Tucson. The biggest issue: I could not get comfortable in the car. I’m 6’2

Oscars: Hyundai debuts clever Academy Awards ad with Jeff Bridges' actor friends

What do Kim Basinger, David Duchovny, Richard Dreyfuss, Catherine Keener, Michael Madsen, Mandy Patinkin and Martin Sheen have in common with Jeff Bridges and what do the eight actors have in common with the Academy Awards and Hyundai? It’s simple. Bridges has been the voice of Hyundai for the past three years, and the South Korean automaker is the exclusive automotive sponsor for the Academy Awards broadcast. But Bridges is also nominated as Best Actor for his performance in Crazy Heart. And therein lies the problem. The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences prohibits sponsors from running advertising featuring any of the night’s nominees or presenters, which put Hyundai in a bind. Bridges suggested seven of his fellow actors,

Super Bowl commercials: 2010 Hyundai Tucson without gimmicks

Hyundai is among nearly a dozen auto-related companies that will advertise during Super Bowl KLIV. Its 2010 Tucson is getting strong reviews, and with this 30-second commercial, the Korean carmaker takes a classy approach. It doesn’t specifically poke fun at any other manufacturer. The commercial is straight-forward, devoid of overt flash, talking animals and anything risking being cute. Hyundai Genesis Coupe, 2010: The Weekly Driver Car Review

Yet the Genesis sedan and Genesis coupe couldn’t be two more different vehicles. Introduced at the 2008 New York International Auto Show, the 2010 coupe shares its sibling’s sedan chassis. And, of course, the two cars have the same name. But that’s where the similarities stop. Are the Genesis sedan and couple actually made by the same manufacturer? They just couldn’t be more different. The Weekly Driver Test Drive The Genesis coupe is the manufacturer’s first rear-wheel sports car and it appears Hyundai has gone directly after the strong Infiniti G37 market niche.
