The May 2025 filing carries the most detail. A Zoox robotaxi running empty collided with a passenger car in Las Vegas on April 8. The company paused driverless operation across every geofence that day, resumed two days later only where speed limits fell below 40 mph, confirmed the root cause on April 11, and reported to NHTSA on April 13.
