Chevrolet Spark, 2013: responsive mini-car cheap, fast, well-equipped
Not long ago, nobody predicted Chevrolet would sell an urban commuter mini car with a small 1.25-liter engine designed almost expressly for younger folks who encounter lots of crowded big-city driving.
