2018 Acura TLX: Improved sedan still an underdog

The 2018 Acura TLX is the fifth year of the performance-oriented midsize luxury sedan. A higher sticker price and appreciably better gas mileage are among several big changes in store for the 2018 Toyota Camry. The top-selling sedan in the United States will make its nationwide debut later this summer. The eighth generation of the re-engineered Camry LE will be priced at $24,885, including shipping, about $900 more than the 2017 price. The L “value” version of the 2018 Camry, with smaller wheels and fewer convenience features, will be priced at $24,380. Elio Motors backfires again: debut delayed until 2018

Hopeful buyers of the fledgling three-wheel vehicle made by Elio Motors will have to wait at least another year. For the third straight year, the company that seeks to revolutionize the automotive industry has delayed its vehicle’s debut. The company founded by Paul Elio recently announced new relationships with new suppliers in a press release. It also touted another prototype on display at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit. In the same time frame, however, the company also posted its latest delay on its Facebook page. 2018 FORD F-150: Diesel, 10-speed transmission debut

The 2018 Ford F-150, the debuting edition of the iconic pickup and the best-selling vehicle in the United States, will feature two major firsts. It will offer a new diesel engine and a 10-speed transmission. Unveiled at the Detroit Auto Show, the 2018 Ford F-150 will include a new 3.0-liter Power Stroke turbo diesel engine. A 3.3-liter engine also replaces the current 3.5-liter V6, both offering the same 282 horsepower engine.
