With this issue, The Weekly Driver Newsletter will now be published on the web only. And while we're changing formats, it's time to introduce our new columnist, Eric Bonneman. A veteran mechanic from Miami, Fla., Bonneman debuts his column, Auto Garage, in this issue.

Bonneman joins regular contributors Jeff Weidel, author of Weidel On Wheels, and videographer Bruce Aldrich,  producer of The Weekly Driver video reviews, in our steadily expanding corps of contributors.

Editor's Notebook:

It's nice to have an expert as part of The Weekly Driver.com. Eric Bonneman of Miami, Fla., is the author of the column, Auto Garage.

Eric contacted me a couple of weeks ago and apologized for not being a professional writer. With 11 years of experience working for auto dealerships and independent garages, he has a vast amount to share. But he didn't see to be too confident with his writing. But he should be.

Bonneman gets to the point in his articles. He's knows of what he writes and he has an opinion. Welcome, sir.

And, as always, there's a varied selection of review favorites, video reviews, features and industry news.

As Honda’s luxury division, it’s no surprise Acura shares similar views as its parent company and has a good idea of what attracts car buyers and keeps them coming back. Just like the Accord, there is a lot of value in the RL, Acura’s flagship sedan.
