The Viper has a 600-horsepower, V10 engine, an increase of 90 horsepower from its previous, 2006 edition. It has a six-speed manual transmission, is available as a coupe or convertible and has 18-inch wheels on the front and 19-inch rear wheels.

Dodge touts the new Viper with hefty statistics: 0-60 mph in less than four seconds and 0-100 and back to zero in less than 12 seconds.
Side airbags and traction/antiskid control are not available. Standard features include leather and faux-suede upholstery, power-adjustable pedals and xenon headlights.
